   Alex Dilling at Lord Jim’s continues Masters of the 150th: An Epicurean Journey with a collaboration between Two-Michelin-Starred Chef Alex Dilling and Two-Michelin-Starred Chef Gilad Peled, Executive Chef of the Colonnade Restaurant at Mandarin Oriental Palace, Lucerne, Switzerland from 3 to 8 February 2026.

Alex Dilling at Lord Jim’s at Mandarin Oriental Bangkok represents a refined fine dining concept within one of the most iconic luxury hotels in Thailand. The project required tableware and hospitality products that align with international culinary standards while maintaining the elegance expected from a world-class dining destination.
